Sr. Engineer - Program Management

Job Activities:

• Primary contact to customer for project management activities and lead all customer related activities for quality and timing conformance on new product development

• Coordinate with stake holders meeting IATF and APAP requirements for new production development

• Prepare, monitor and control program timelines aligned to customer milestones

• Micro time plan collection, compilation, review, analysis to prepare Macro time plan(Design,Testing,Tooling,Process..)

• Simultaneously handle multiple programs at various stages

• Prepare and maintain internal and external open issue list

• Coordinate for customer visit, audits, program review related to new product development

• Program development dashboard preparation and presentation to customers and in management reviews

• Risk assessment at various levels and aspects, develop mitigation plans, timely escalation with systematic periodical review of the program all stakeholders

• Prepare and conduct gate way reviews with CFT, Management and with customers

• Project / Program budget preparation, review, analysis and feedback

• Resource and capacity data collection, compile, review, analysis and feedback

• Documentation and control to meet customer requirements time to time

• Identifies and assesses the unforeseen risks of the program objectives.

• Highlights risks to stakeholders well in advance

• Reviews the risk management plan to increase robustness and finds novel ways to improve project performance

• Support Make vs. Buy decision process

• Support for sub-supplier readiness through cross-functional team involvement

• Capture past programs lessons learned and implement learning and improvements in new development programs
