Engineer - Production

Job Activities:

• Assembly line experience preferable (Wiper motor, Stator, Rotor assy )

• Preparing the daily and monthly production planning.

• Monitoring the daily productivity, OEE and losses.

• Monitoring daily plan v/s actual.

• Manpower calculation and utilization.

• Conduct DWM meeting with all engineer level for daily concerns.

• Ensure inventory controlling and stock optimization.

• Ensure the 4M in place for line.

• Ensure proper reporting & coordination between internal dept. (i.e. Production, purchase, QA, stores)

• Should participate in analysis of rejection material.

• Daily production booking and closing in ERP/SAP system.

• Attend the call of customer for quality and dispatch issues.

• Should have knowledge of lean manufacturing (VSM, Supermarket, Kanban, TPM etc.)

• Determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility.

• Train, supervise, and manage production line workers.

• Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality

• Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantees desired results.

• Conduct trainings on Kaizens, POKA YOKE, 5s & Safety.

• Prepare and maintain IATF 16949 and MSES Audit documents.
